Are you good at what you do? Earn a professional designation and prove it!

As a professional with experience, knowledge and skill you can demonstrate your professionalism by earning your Certified Training & Development Professional (CTDP) or Certified Training Practitioner (CTP) designation.

The letters CTDP or CTP next to your name demonstrate that you have achieved a standard of competency validated by CSTD, Canada's national association for training and development professionals. Gain the credibility you deserve as a professional.

"I have been an adult educator, college/university professor and certified Master Learning Facilitator for the Coaching Association of Canada since 1979.  I left the college/university sector in 1989 and entered the private sector as a leadership and organizational development consultant. It made sense to add this credential to my qualifications."

- Robert Hedley, CTDP

"I already love my job, which my clients find out when we work together. The CTP designation for me goes beyond that, it validates my professional development and it also gives confidence to my clients, the individual participants that I am committed to the role I play in their development."

- Randall Vickerson, CTP

"Pursuing certification was an opportunity to validate my view that training and development is a profession - not  just an occupation"

- Vaughan Kitson, CTDP
